Wednesday, quick update...

It feels like summer in Chicago! Here's a nice cool way to keep cool this week!

Summertime smoothie


About 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
3-4 pieces of frozen mango chunks
2 teaspoons personalized protein powder.
2 or more capfuls of herbal aloe concentrate ( plain or mango)
1/2 teaspoon herbal tea concentrate
4 oz or more of pomegranate juice

Add all of these ingredients to your blender. If your shake is too think for you add more pomegranate juice. Enjoy!
