Tastes like summer!

Recently, I purchased the seasonal Formula 1 Shake flavor Orange Cream. I didn't purchase this shake last year because it was my first year in the business and I had plenty of other Herbalife products to enjoy and try out. But since this flavor has just recently been released once again I've given myself the opportunity to try out this seasonal product. And it was amazing! I've been drinking it everyday. It tastes just like a dreamsicle! I love it and I cannot wait to buy more when I place my next order.

As I stated earlier, I have been an Independent Herbalife Distributor for a year. At least this Saturday will mark a whole year for me. I've made mistakes, been scared and worry whether or not I'll make progress.

But I'm getting better, becoming influenced, and I'm ready to crack that shell that I've been keeping myself in for quite some time. This weekend I'll be participating in my first Health Fair! I'm hoping that I will gain new opportunities and new customers as well. I know it might be much to expect, but I do feel something good is going to happen.

Til Saturday!

Taking bigger steps!

Besides upping on being a product of the product! I've also made bigger leaps in shopping at farmers market. I am enjoying the fresher, flavorful fruits and vegetables that I've been purchasing every weekend in or near my city. The recipes I've made recently are amazing! Needless to say the fresh air and exercise is always a much needed plus! The farmers are so eager to talk to the customers about how everything is grown how to use parts of plants that you've never used before. You never see the garlic at the stores the way you see it at farmers market. It's amazing! And you don't have to start with the cloves immediately, you can start with the softer stems first and use them in salads or pastas. I tried pasta, it was just as garlicky as if I'd used two cloves of garlic!

Yesterday's trip brought some more new purchases. I bought cheese yesterday and it was better than any store bought stuff. It's flavor is stronger than most of the stuff you buy and you only need a little bit of it. Yummy!

Last nights dinner was Taco Salad. Even though the majority of my ingredients came from the market, a few came from the grocery store, including the shells themselves. I'll add the recipe later.

Another new favorite though a little costly was a meat purchase. I bought fresh frozen ground beef. It tastes great and noticeably different from the rest. Your meat actually has it's own taste. You don't have to over season the meat for worry of tasting bland after it's ready to eat. Next week is going to be an even bigger step! I will try another meat selection and make another meal that this time will completely come from the market.
